從我剛到澳洲起就常聽Jimmy提起這家的肋排
我們時常經過它在Darling Harbour的分店
從橋上就能聞到很濃的碳烤味，住附近的家裡頭應該都是這味道吧!!



Darling Harbour這家分店常常大排長龍
進去後才發現其實裡面還算寬敞的
如果有訂位的話比較有機會能坐到窗邊的位置



Caesar Salad  ($20)
Combination of Cos Lettuce, bacon, croutons & anchovies, tossed in our own Caesar dressing then topped with shaved Parmigiano
因為我們點的兩份主餐都是肉 肉 肉
於是先吃點沙拉綜合一下
沙拉還蠻普普通通的~沒有特別驚艷之處



Steak - Prime Rib Eye 350gms with with mushroom sauce ($32)
This boneless cut of prime rib is a favourite among steak lovers. Its rich marbling of fat make it one of the most flavourful and juicy steaks available
會點這個純粹是因為我看到無骨XD
或許是因為我點medium-well的關係
送上來的牛排並沒有太鮮美多汁
吃起來口感很像Goose Garden的牛排
Jimmy吃過後也同意我給的評價



Rib - Full Rack  ($34)
Our world famous tasty Pork or Lamb ribs, basted in Hurricane's own special rib sauce and grilled until tender. Served with chips or baked potato with sour cream $ chives
因為我不愛吃羊肉的關係~我們選擇豬肋排
送上來的時候我差點沒被嚇壞
它們家的份量比Pancakes on The Rocks的還要大上許多
服務人員還會幫忙圍上白色的圍兜兜
如此就能很豪爽的雙手抓著肋排盡情享用
肋排比起牛排來說好吃許多
非常的多汁美味~醬料吃多了也不會嫌膩
果然真的是這家店的招牌菜!!



我覺得這間店還蠻適合辦聚餐
可以多人享用美食
燈光氣氛頗優~且店內沒有一絲炭烤味
吃完不怕衣服會變臭
